How long after publication does an episode get processed?
Our system checks feeds every hour. Once a new episode is detected, transcription and AI analysis run back-to-back. Total delay: typically under 2 hours after the episode publishes.
How many channels can I automate?
Premium plan: 1 automated channel. Pro plan: unlimited channels.
What credits does automation consume?
Each automated episode consumes transcription credits (per hour of audio) and AI analysis credits (per analysis run). These come from your monthly quota. You'll be notified if you run low.
Can I automate different prompts for different channels?
Yes — each channel has its own automation config: its own prompt, delivery destinations, and on/off toggle. Fully independent.
What delivery options are available?
Library (always), email (your account email), and Slack (via webhook — copy your workspace webhook URL in settings). More integrations coming soon.
