Is the free plan really free, forever?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period. The free plan gives you access to the core features permanently. Upgrade only when you want more quota.
How is billing handled?
Subscription billing is monthly, via Paddle (our payment processor). You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
On Free and Premium, processing stops until the next monthly reset. On Pro, usage continues at the pay-per-use rates (€2/h transcription, €2/M AI characters).
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly quotas reset on your billing date each month.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
